How is art healing?

The making of art and viewing of art provides a portal for going into ones self which then allows our source to operate. The source is our original creative energy which is the portal of ideas and creativity. That inner perspective is the area of our selves that turns off the mind (the unmanifested) and allows an expansive vision of our lives to come through. Feeling. This feeling is experienced within and without our entire beings. Physically as well as emotionally. It is complete, whole and perfect.
